A Two Sister Trip - Summer 2013

The four of us grew up living on the same street, a block apart. Ken’s sister still lives nearby. Since she has joined us in retirement we see her at least once a week, often for golf in good weather and pickleball inside when the weather gets cold. Every so often we join forces for a cultural experience or a great meal in downtown Chicago. My sister lives hundreds of miles away. Sadly, I only get to see her only a few days a year. Because she is still working, time off is a rare and precious thing. This trip will start with a week at golf camp with Ken’s sister and include a few days visiting mine. We will be delivering five boxes of family dishes, much too delicate and heavy to put in the mail. In between the sister time we will do some routine maintenance on the motor home and enjoy the scenery around the Great Lakes. The last stop in Hershey will be to attend the largest RV show in the US.
