Autumn in New England 2008 |

Autumn is arguably the nicest season where we live in metropolitan Chicago. But the fall colors in New England have a mystique and romance that we want to experience for ourselves. There's so much to see and do where our nation began, we'll be leaving home long before autumn is anywhere in sight. Since no one is sure when and where the fall colors are the best, we intend to hang around until cold temperatures and short hours of daylight drive us home again. Come along for the ride and leave worrying about the price of gas to us.
