After the delta tour, I headed up to Dalat, known by the Vietnamese as the City of Eternal Spring. I met a few Scottish travelers and made the trip to Nha Trang with them. ... Given that Waz and I want to traverse the entire length of Vietnam in two weeks, we booked ourselves on the sleeper bus: buses with beds in them that travel overnight between towns. In the end he just stuck his legs out, and got what sleep he could! We arrived in Nha Trang at 6 in the morning on a Sunday, and to our surprise the beach was packed with locals exercising, playing games, jogging, swimming, etc. ... It all seemed a bit odd since I was on a sleeper bus tired and cracked out of my mind from the lack of sleep and everyone outside was up and running around as if it were in the middle of the day or something! Nha Trang's beach front is very impressive and clean with plenty of grass and areas to sit in the shade, annd lounge chairs available to rent for the day on the beach. ...
