My next Fly Fishing adventure was in Eastern Wyoming near the small town of Alcova WY. The Grey Reef, Fremont Canyon and Miracle Mile sections of the North Platte River are world renown as the best fly fishing Wyoming has to offer. The North Platte River trout pictures speak for themselves about Wyoming trout size and abundance. This is the place to fly fish for legendary trout on a relatively un-crowded river. Oct 10, 2012 - Fremont Canyon

Jerry had to be at the airport today around noon, we miss him much already. We had a great lunch downtown at Eggington's before taking him to the airport. Jared is staying with us until next Monday, he will be riding with us to our next stop in Denver. After driving about 30 miles from Casper to the small town of Alcova, we visited the Alcova Reservoir and Fremont Canyon. This area reminds us of the Green River area in Wyoming with all the beautiful blue water and red cliffs. The place is outstanding and we highly recommend it to anyone...

Jul 13, 2012 - Pontooning!

Well! Aunt Mich woke me up around 11 this morning, and The Cross family and Uncle Bill had left to go to find some fossils, so Aunt Mich and I had the house to ourselves. Cindy and Rodney were coming at 12 to pick us up to go pontooning....but Aunt Mich and I got to talking and then we heard them pull in and we were like "Oh No!"
