Jul 21, 2012 - Fond Du Lac, WI
In Fon du Lac tonight. Saturday seems to be Bratwurst or Brat fry day in Wisconsin. Many of the towns along the way had a Brat Fry going. The group stopped at one that is among the best in Wisconsin. It wasn't the same without the beer, but we stopped at 10:30 AM.

Sep 10, 2011 - At Fond Du Lac, Wisconsin
We called ahead to Sam's grandson, Ben, who is working as an aide to one of the state representatives, and he took us on a tour of the state capitol building. Beautiful! And it was fun to see everything with someone who knows all the ins-and-outs. What could be more fun than to mix sightseeing and seeing “old” friends again? We got the fun of experiencing both today. Many of you may recall, we first met Jamie and Donna when we were still living in the San Antonio area and had the other RV, or Class C. We were all staying at Fiddler’s Cove in Coronado,...

Aug 9, 2007 - Noah's Ark Waterpark
Yesterday we went to Noah's Ark Waterpark in Wisconson Dells, WI. It is the largest waterpark in America. It was a BLAST! We all have the same favorite ride, Black Anaconda. It is the longest watercoaster in America. At the begining we went down a steep hill, then went up on a fast track/mat sort of thing. We went on a triple tube. The track/mat boosted us into a black tunnel which turned, then we came out, went down a hill, and up a different track/mat. We did this a lot of times. Another fun ride is the Sting Ray. It's like a halfpipe,...

May 15, 2006 - Back home
Well, I'm back home - Lolo is on a plane to Boston right now. I've showered, used toilet paper and drunk tap water, which is nice to be able to do again. The one eventful thing that happened on the flight occurred somewhere over one of the "rogue states" to the South of Russia, when I was watching the flight map and noticed that we turned around and started going back to Delhi. I went to ask the flight attendants what was going on, and they didn't know. We looped around twice - very gently, and with no anouncement, and then continued on our...
