Well, we got a late start today, but we are back on the road again. We stayed the night in West Virginia at Tygart Lake State Park. This is a beautiful park and the lake is huge. Randy served a mission in this area, so it was fun for him to come back and see it. It was a pretty kick back day which we needed after 8 days in D.C.. Randy final bid and got the Civil War DVD's he had been so diligently searching Ebay for over the last couple of weeks, so we relaxed and watched one of them. Sep 25, 2007 - Tygart Lake State Park - Grafton, WV

(Ron Writing) We left Clarksburg and continued east on H-50 through more beautiful scenic countryside. This section of H-50 is a narrow two-lane road rather than the divided four-lane highway running west of Clarksburg. We drove through the historic district of Grafton but this was a challenge with the RV on their narrow winding streets. The town is built on extremely hilly land and many houses have neither a front yard nor a rear yard. We drove south of Grafton on H-119 to Tygart Lake State Park.
