Jul 19, 2012 - At cousin Greg Johnson's

Spent two days in Spanaway at cousin Greg's. We went for Uncle Garvin's 99th birthday(dad's brother). We had not seen Uncle Garvin for 23 years. I don't remember when I may have seen Greg last. At least 40 years! Between Uncle Garvin and my dad who died at 93,I can see where I got my genes. I'm hoping for 100! Both Dad and Garvin were very active into there 90's.

May 28, 2011 - Spanaway, WA - Lunch With Friends

(Ron Writing) This morning we left Toppenish, WA and headed west on US-12 over the Cascade Range at White Pass (4,500’). The ski runs at White Pass just closed about a week ago but there was still over 4’ of snow on the ground. US-12 runs through the small town of Randle, WA located a few miles south of Mt. Rainier. Our friend John spends some time in the spring and the fall at an RV park in Randle since he like to go mushroom hunting in this area. This weekend his son was there visiting him and we all met for lunch at a local restaurant....
