What a beautiful area we are at now. Port Townsend,WA Discovery Bay across the street and Port Townsend Bay on the other side. The camp is a small friendly place where they train young people who want to serve the Lord so they have some training programs going on,and it's great to talk and share some time with them.Sunday we went to church in town we saw a few deer just walking around the neighborhood. Jan 1, 2008 - Happy New Year

Happy New Year!! We are still in Port Hadlock, WA, catching up with friends and family. We had a wonderful Christmas, first cooking dinner with my folks in their "cottage" in Sequim on Christmas Eve; shared by my mom and dad, my sister Katie and her husband Chuck and their 20 month old grandson Thomas, and Ralph and myself. We put together a scrumptious meal and had a wonderful time relaxing and watching the antics of young Thomas. Dec 6, 2007 - Port Hadlock, WA

Sorry I got a little behind on my journal updating, but the last couple of days have been strenuous and exhausting. We left Fresno on Monday and took a rest and catch up day at my sister's home in Livermore, CA. We had a chance to catch up on our laundry and even do a little Christmas shopping. We had a great dinner with my sister and her family and then got an early start in the morning, Tuesday, for points north.
