We spent 10 days on Whidbey Island. Lisa joined us half way through. We really enjoyed the campground right on the water, with beautiful places to walk through meadows, and along the ocean. We liked Whidbey Island, particularly the central part, which is not as wooded, and has open fields and meadows. We enjoyed a visit with our friends Christina and Rob, and also very much liked the town of Langley, where they live. It reminded us of a New England seaside town.
