This weekend (Friday the 13th – got to love it!) we are staying around home. John is on call so we cannot leave and he has never seen the Godfather movies!!?!?!??!?! Nov 6, 2009 - Back in Pacific Time Zone
I am taking the opportunity to update my blog notes as we are sitting here in the truck grinding through the Springdale to Livingston area of Montana on the I90. This afternoon we reached Pacific Time Zone – so we are on the final stretch home! It took us exactly one hour to cross Idaho – the northern panhandle portion, that is – and we are now at an RV park in Spokane, Washington. ... “Population: 3175 Vampires: 8.” Haven’t read the books nor seen the movie but apparently both are a big hit, both worldwide and locally at Forks. ... And surprise, surprise: it didn’t rain! It really should have since Forks measures the annual rain fall in feet, not in inches. ... The drive down to Seattle was fairly uneventful. ... She also wanted to take a look in the back of Sam's truck but I think that was more because she wanted to see his rear end! ;) We had a quick bit of fun in Seattle with happy hour sushi and going up to the observation deck on the Space Needle. ...
