Well, we did it! We found that just right house! Built in 1932 for the executives of the Bassett Furniture Company, it has been family owned since. ... We went down to church at the Bassett Memorial UM Church last week and were delighted that they knew the home, its former occupant and were so happy to have us join them. ...
