May 22, 2015 - perfect panel

We were like kids at Christmas - got up at 6 am so we could go find the panel. We haven't been up that early for a couple years! We started out at 8 and followed the descriptions we had read that said follow the wash and stay on the same level. Not exactly true as we had to boulder hop and scurry up and down in places. Bill finally hiked the last quarter mile and found it while I waited. It was so awesome that I managed to get up the last ledge (with Bill's help) and saw it as well from a distance. May 21, 2015 - orange cliffs

Drove up moki canyon for 2nd time this trip and across 261 to 95. Back across natural bridges area(are we stupid or what)and on down 95. Beautiful road.Finally found fs rd 633 and started driving 30 miles up the dirt road to find the trailhead for the panel. We crossed into whats called the orange cliffs in glen canyon national park. The panel is supposed to be one of the most pristine pictograph panels in the world. After 2.5 hours of braking and stepping over rocks, we found a campsite right at the orange cliffs sign. Jun 8, 2008 - Natural Bridges Monument, Glen Canyon and Lake Powell

Sunday, June 8, 2008. Blue Mountain RV Park, Blanding, UT Natural Bridges Monument/Glen Canyon/Lake Powell We just got home from being out all day. At one point we were in the Visitor's Center at Natural Bridges Monument and they had the national radar on the computer screen there. We saw a big red/yellow cell that looked like it might have reached the midwest area but it looked like it hit the southwest corner of Wisconsin harder.
