May 23, 2011 - Sunday May 22- Garland Utah

Sunday May 22- We woke up to rain, again. It was cold, in the 50’s. I finally finished the laundry and Bob closed off the tank so that we can build up some rinse water for dumping tomorrow before we leave. At least, we hope we are leaving. We are having our windows fixed in Bend OR, so I sent the guy an email that we will be arriving late. He has changed our service date from 5/25 to 5/29. I worked on HEDIS for several hours while Bob did some internet searching. Then I worked on some of our plans for later this summer. Bob took the dogs...

May 22, 2011 - Saturday May 21- Golden Spike

Saturday May 21 Garland UT- We woke up to warmer weather. It is going to be sunny and in the 70’s today! This is the first sun that we have seen in at least a week. I started laundry, while Bob talked to the auto repair shop. He explained to them what happened. They looked at the car and found that it is a blown two stage fuse, in front of the computer, which of course runs the entire engine. Unfortunately, the repair place does not have a fuse, so we have to wait until Monday for it to be delivered. We ordered a second fuse, just in case,...

May 21, 2011 - Friday May 20- Wyoming to Utah

Friday May 20- after my weekly conference call, we drove west on I-80 towards our destination of Evanston WY. Just before lunch, I was driving, and we realized that we were going to be at the campground by 12:30. So we stopped at “Little America”, a tourist trap. Think “South of the Border” in South Carolina, only a lot smaller. We ate our sandwiches in the truck parking lot, and decided that we could go farther.
