Aug 3, 2016 - Twisted Sisters

Wednesday, August 3, 2016 Morning came early on the ranch – kickstands up at 7am so we could get some riding in before the real heat of the day sets in. 71 degrees at 7am beats 95 degrees at 2pm for sure! Our second annual Clanton family vacation to the Frio river was a lot hotter this year, and not very much water. We stayed at a different place and missed River Rim but had a great time. First day we went to Garner State park. Then on Saturday, we braved the shallow river and it took five hours to attempt to tube...Sunday we just swam in the river. All in all we had a great time and can't wait until next year...River Rim here we come.
