Jun 14, 2009 - Gainesville Pains
Major blow-out on the front left. Minor damage to wiring knocked out the surround sound speaker wires from the entertainment center. Broke a lug bolt removing the damaged tire. Another lug nut won't go on because it is stripped out. Apparently, the factory used an impact wrench when mounting the new tires and rims. Everyone is closed since it is Sunday, so we'll head for Oklahoma City Camping World tomorrow to get it repaired.Jump to full entry

Feb 15, 2008 - And we're off...again!
We were up and on the road early so as to beat rush hour, and also to make up for the time we lost yesterday. We've had the best roads and weather so far...dry and clear. We made it to the Texas Travel Center just north of Gainsville, TX. They allowed overnighters, nice bathrooms, a travel info center, 24 hour security, and WiFi (although we were not able to get the WiFi). We were both pretty psyched to be in Texas and well on our way to the shore!Jump to full entry
