Nothing, Nigh Nilly Nigh!!! That is what we had for a signal at Lake Proctor! For a whole week!!! No cell phone signal! No data signal! Nothing!! I thought that maybe I had become hooked on a signal but now I know for a fact that I am. I want to be able to make a call when I want to make a call. I want to be able to access the internet when I want to be able to access the internet. No data signal to our mifi, no data signal to our smart phone. Dec 30, 2006 - Ringing in the New Year

We had planned to leave the DFW area on Dec. 29th, but the Airstream was having some maintenance work done in North Dallas and it wasn't going to be ready until about 3:30 p.m. on the 29th, so we decided to just park it in front of Amanda's house overnight and leave the next morning. Good thing, too. Tornadoes were dancing about Texas that afternoon. They had the sirens going off and our friends who were still at Treetops evacuated to the office.
