May 14, 2009 - 4 Waterfalls - 3 Kayaks
The wet and wild side of the Smokies and the Cherokee National Forest - Thursday, May 14 Today we saw four beautiful waterfalls. The first three we were able to hike to without ever leaving our campground at Deep Creek National Park. It was a three mile hike with a lot of climbing, but one waterfall per mile is not a bad average and it was a great way to start the day.
