Aug 15, 2011 - Fall Creeks Falls State Park

We had been here before and the water falls are great. This summer has been a very dry summer and the water falls were like a garden hose. The big falls are great in the spring after the snow has melted. We were here one time when the small falls had water covering across the face and people were had and hand crossing the falls, you can see in the one picture a few people at the dry falls. We did enjoy the walking of the trails and after a hot day it was so nice to walk down from our camp site to swim in the creek .

Aug 12, 2011 - Fall Creek Falls State Park

We got to Fall Creek Falls State Park in Tennessee for a three night stay. They have some great water falls here during the wet season, but this summer was very dry. We went to one of the big falls to see what it would look like when the river was dry and no water fall. We got to walk out in the river bed and to the edge of the water fall down to the river below the falls that ran out to become a lake.
