Oct 30, 2016 - Pumpkin Patch

I haven't seen the changing of the leaves in autumn for many years. We were in Tennessee at the best time for leaf watching. We drove to Wautauga Lake in the TVA, Tennessee Valley Authority system, before shopping at the mall and going to Paw Paw's Pumpkin Patch for a harvest festival.

Finally got our Pal's fix and am completely satisfied. Here's Mom doing her thing with the lake in the distance.

This will be the fastest we've traveled so far and unfortunately we won't be spending much time or taking many pictures along the way. We aren't big country music fans or Elvis fans so we don't feel like we are missing much.

This was after Melinda had already flown back, so she didn't get to see him. Anyway, Ryan spent one night in Hampton, and he, Charlie and I got into a couple good cribbage games. Rita seemed to be able to get around a bit now, and the physical...
