Jul 12, 2008 - Cheyenne Crossing, SD - Hanna FS Campground
(Ron Writing) This morning we checked-out of Rushmore Shadows Campground and went about a mile west to an RV repair shop. We had an appointment there to get our trailer brakes checked. They didn’t seem to hold very well the past couple drives. The technician adjusted the brakes but couldn’t find any real problem so we were on our way in less than an hour. We drove north on US 16 to Rapid City to do a little shopping. After lunch there we headed west on SD 44 to US 385 north. We stopped for awhile in Deadwood, SD to walk around the town....
