May 11, 2011 - On the Road Again

My intentions to write a bit each day isn't going to work! We were so busy the past few days that I just didn't have time to get on the computer. Saturday (7th) our nephew, Ryan, and his family came over from Vashon Island for a visit and dinner. We spent some time at Magnusun Park letting the kids run around for a while, then out for sushi dinner. Our Sweet Adventures

Mar 25, 2009 - Stanfield, Oregon

We picked up our motorhome from Lake Conner Park with mixed snow rain hampering our loading of the rig and connecting the car. With Steven's Pass closed and Snoqualmie Pass with traction tires advised, we decided to take the southerly route down I-5 to bypass the weather. We arrived safely at the Pilot RV Park (Yes, Pilot service stations for large trucks) in Stanfield, Oregon with everything working fine, and my back holding up great. (I have been recovering from a herniated disk between L-5 and S-1. I could do a guest appearance on ER!)...

Apr 29, 2008 - Leaving Washington

We are leaving at 4pm. We are ready to get down the road and our UPS package finally showed up. We are dring towards Idaho. So back thru Oregon we will go. Along the drive it was raining and we came across some really beautiful waterfalls but with the rain, the pictures did not come out so hot. We are traveling down Interstate 5 to Interstate 84 along the Columbia River. We are on one side of the iver in Oregon and right across the river on the other side is washington. We are going to travel until 1030pm and then sleep in a rest stop...
