We arrived at 3:45 after a 6 hour drive from Red Bluff. Pulled the Siskiyous with no problem. We Yard needs a lot of work and we will tackle it tomorrow. This officially ends our Winter Trip. We put 9,000 miles on the truck and about 2,500 on the 5th wheel. We saw a lot that was new to us and, again, had a great time. We hope you enjoyed following our adventures. Love to all from Karen and Larry Bye.

Wild flowers of every color and variety are in bloom, and...

Apr 10, 2006 - From San Benito to Sutherlin
So we sold some greeting cards to the San Benito Thousand Trails store. Then the supervisor told us she'd really like some with pictures of the boss' horses. We managed to find the horses and got some pictures just before we moved north to Lake Minden, another Thousand Trails park, north of Sacramento. To get there we cruised back highways as much as possible. We followed CA 99 through such neat communities as Gustine, Crows Landing, Westley and Vernelis. At Lake Minden we learned that the single-lane narrow bridge allowing access to most...
