Oceanside/Netarts Bay, Or – Act 1: We met Bruce’s cousin Alan and his wife Carol in Tillamook. They rode their motorcycles over from Forest Grove which is just west of Portland. We met in Tillamook but then headed down to Oceanside to fly our kites. We now know how to make the wind stop. Bring your kites to the beach. There wasn’t a whisper of wind at the beach.
