July 24, We are headed to Imnaha today, it is a real small town 30 miles northeast of Joseph. It is on the Nez Perce Trail and was the tail followed by Chief Joseph and the Nez Perce Indians on the flight for survival in 1877. The town is really small with the main attraction being the Store, It is 103 year old and is the grocery, the hardware, and the souvenir store as well as the tavern and restaurant. It has a wood floor, is heated with a fire in an old oil barrel and sports a hand made sign on the current count of rattlesnakes killed so...
