Jan 27, 2016 - Almost a year has passed.

We have spend almost a year in Coastal Oregon working at two fish hatcheries. I thought it was high time I let everyone know we were still alive and kicking. Our couple month commitment grew to few more months and then we decided to try the winter on the Oregon Coast. The area is so beautiful and we are living on prime spots to enjoy it. Mar 25, 2015 - Cedar Creek Hatchery

Our first month of volunteer hosting is almost over. We have committed ourselves through September as volunteers for the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife. In return for 20 hours of work, we are provided a lovely place for our motorhome that includes all the utilities, laundry and extra freezer space. Bob has been cleaning and organizing a pole barn so that they can park one of the big tank trucks inside.
