Apr 7, 2013 - Crane, Harney County, Oregon
After Lee’s Ferry, Arizona, we continued toward Bend, Oregon, for our annual repair visit to Beaver Coach Sales and Service there. On the way, our leisurely travels through northern Arizona, the southwest corner of Utah, and north through Nevada eventually brought us to Crystal Crane Hot Springs near the tiny town of Crane in Harney County, Oregon. This park has eight RV sites, an open-air pond and enclosed private hot tubs all supplied from natural mineral water hot springs, and a few little cabins. We were in an RV site up on a hill above...Jump to full entry
Mar 26, 2012 - Crystal Crane Hot Springs, day two!
We decided to give ourselves a day off from traveling and what a great place to do that. In the meantime, we have cooked dinner and I have renewed my subscription to MYTRIPJOURNAL to complete the trip and introduce you to our little darlings once again when we...Jump to full entry
Nov 28, 2011 - Friday, Nov. 25, 2011- Small World
Friday, November 25, 2011 - Small World It rained during the night, but is dry this morning, with a cloudy sky. The sun has managed to poke holes in the cloud layer and has been shining most of the morning. I was up and pretty much ready to go, early this morning, but have taken the time to update my blog for yesterday and enjoy my cup of coffee. I will be leaving this place shortly and heading down Hwy 78, which connects to Hwy 95. I’ll take Hwy 95 south to Winnemucca, Nevada and then continue on Hwy 95 all of the way to Pahrump, Nevada,...Jump to full entry
