Willie & Irene were nice enough to let us hang out there for a month while we set up the new Avalanche for tow. Willie installed a 50amp outlet for us previously so the only thing we had to do was acquire water and dump at local state park. It was great spending so much quality time with them but made it that much harder to leave when the time came.

Aug 18, 2010 - More New Friends

One of the great benefits of living this nomad lifestyle is that we get to meet so many new friends. On top of that, one of the great benefits of writing this journal is the hospitality that so many readers have extended to us. Such was the case on this day. Jeff & BettyAnn had extended an invitation for us to park Phae at their home near Orwell, Ohio as we passed through northeast Ohio. They also own a motor home & have an oversize garage in which they can park it but also have a 50 amp electrical outlet outside of the garage. Their...
