Jun 17, 2009 - Off to Ohio
Woke up early to pack up and leave for Ohio and it was pouring. Lucky I put the car on the tow dolly last night so I only had to dump the waste tanks in the rain. I should have known when it was raining this was not going to be a good day. I feel like Robin Williams in RV. We pulled out of our camp site and crushed the plastic wheel chock under the rear tire. Jul 28, 2008 - back in ohio
I have made it back to the plains of northern USA. so glad to hear my own language ALL THE TIME. Jun 23, 2008 - On the road
I woke up early today to get started on my 9 hour trip to Ohio. After programing my GPS, my trip got underway. The GPS predicted 9.5 hours to get to Jen's house. I stopped for lunch at a Panera Bread in Lincolntown, North Carolina ( Wifi is great - I emailed my professor while at Panera). The rest of the trip was nice - pretty mountainous scenary, two tunnels through the mountains The first tunnel was under construction - made my trip an hour longer :(. I arrived in Ohio around 8 PM safe and tired.
