Sunday at Ludlow Falls ...... the weather has been like a yo-yo: temps up and down with both days of rain and sunny skies. Friday we drove back to Greenville to have lunch with a distant cousin who we had not seen for many years. Sandy Grim and her husband Mike met us and it was fun catching up with them. Since we were in Greenville we (of course) picked up some Maid Rites to-go. Saturday morning Terry and I headed out in the heavy rain to have breakfast with Terry's regular group of guys that meet each week. It was good to see the group...

Apr 27, 2017 - Change of plans !

We were due to continue north tomorrow, BUT ....... the ten day weather forecast for our itinerary is basically cold and rain. Highs in the 40's and 50's, lows in the 30's and 40's and rain and showers 70% of the time. So, we are now staying here with Terry and Sandy through the weekend and then heading east toward Gettysburg on Monday. (It's hard to get rid of "Cousin Eddie" once he shows up in his RV!). Apr 25, 2017 - From Ohio !

We arrived at Terry and Sandy's today about 3:00. We didn't have wifi last night so I could do a trip journal entry. Tonight, my battery is about to die but hopefully I can finish and send this out. The Kentucky Horse Park was awesome. Little did we know there is a BIG event going on there this weekend ..... the Kentucky Rolex: A Four Star CCI Three-Day event.
