We arrived here at the COE mid-afternoon on Sunday. We had our first experience with the Ohio Turnpike (better known as I-80) to the tune of 14.75 for about 160 miles. It works a lot like our Sunshine Parkway - get a ticket when you get on and the fee depends on where you get off. The campground here is very nice and our site is spacious though a little unlevel. Jun 24, 2008 - Berlin Center---last Stop Before Pennsylvania!
It is a scenic trip on I-71 to Berlin Center. This route bisects mamy miles of georgeous farmland. Ohio's corn is looking good , but the soy beans look sick so far . The nights have been too cool for good corn and bean growth. Arrive here and was set up by 3:00 PM . This is another beautiful site . Lina & I have come to the conclusion that Ohio might be our USA home if we stop traveling (DONT KNOW ABOUT SNOWY WINTERS). 6/25 Ohio's weather, while we were here, could not have been any better.
