Jul 30, 2017 - Leeds ND

Sun, 30 Jul: Continuing north and west—so why is it so hot? We appear to be amidst a bubble of hot air. When one is at 46° north latitude it should be a tad cooler. Jul 8, 2008 - Leeds!!!

We arrived in Leeds today! North Dakota...a little different to Yorkshire, especially the weather!! Stopped off in Rugby (I know!!) on the way. Great visitor Centre where we picked up brochures and road maps for all the states we have got left to visit. Also saw loads of oil wells. The lady said that oil was found in North Dakota in the 50's but during the past year it ahs really taken off. We didn't expect to see that but it was...
