We planned to go from Hatteras to Ocracoke island via ferry and then take another ferry to Cedar Island and the north Carolina main land but we had more issues with our heating system while in Hatteras so we change plans and took a ferry to Swan Quarters, NC so we could get to a motor home dealer quicker. We still had to take a short ferry ride to Ocracoke Island then drive the length of the island to another ferry. The ferry rides took most of the day. Next stop Sylva, NC
