Robbinsville, North Carolina to Little Switzerland, North Carolina 210 miles (total trip miles 6,713) We picked up pastry before we left this morning and stop at a rest stop near the river to eat. We have decided it will be a slow leisurely day. We pick up the Blue Ridge Parkway in Cherokee NC, it’s a slow beautiful ride. Unlike the roads we have been driving on the parkway has a 35-45 MPH speed limit, so it takes time to put on the miles. We stop often to take pictures and walk around. We find a nice grassy rest area and pull over to take...
