Jul 19, 2007 - Rainy days and broken wheels always get me down

Hi from the Brown Barn Campground in Boonville, NY. Left Oswego to go to Redfield, NY on Monday. Was a chill in the air- upper 50's, but warmed up to high 70's during the day. Was a beautiful day as we turned east leaving Lake Ontario behind. We are definitely out of the flatlands now as we run into the foothills of the Adirondack Mts. Got to get those legs back into climbing mode. We have really done a lot of spinning as Fran doesn't want the knee to be exerted. Have iced and start without Advil so can gauge how it goes.
