August 9, 2006 We left Leo's in Port Elgin around 2:30 and started driving south toward Niagara Falls. About half and hour later, Ron's cell phone rang and displayed brother Wayne's name. The news was that Ron's mother, Louise, had apparently suffered a stroke while playing bridge at the senior center in North Haverhill, NH. She had been taken to the Cottage Hospital in Woodsville, NH. (Woodsville is a few miles north of Haverhill, and around 30 miles from Lyme.)
