The Outspokin' group started the morning with a very flat and beautiful 50 miles ride to Middlegate Station, literally in the middle of nowhere. The only commecial buildings within 50 miles, Middlegate was originally a Pony Express station during the 1860's. Character and more character! Pictures, graffitti, food, wooden floors and more than $4,000 in small currency, primarily US and Europeoan, which had been stapled to the restaurant's ceiling.
