Drove 75 miles to camp at Finley Point state park on Flathead Lake in Montana. Had to spend 1 night in a private park because all the state park sites were full. Ended up getting a walk in site for 4 nights. Only had about 2 inches to spare once we put our slides out. Had a bad storm come thru Thursday night and got worried about the tall pine trees again. Montana This is the most beautiful place you could imagine. Not only is it beautiful but the weather is heavenly. The days are low 80's, extremely low humidity, lovely breeze, and in the 50's at night. If I could stand the winters I would live here in a heart beat. We went back, after 12 years, to Finley Point at Flathead Lake; the most beautiful campground you could possibly imagine. It is a State Park so the price is right as well.
