We saw the sign for Ozarkland and there was no way not to stop. It took tremendous self-control to keep our wallets and purses closed tight. Jim managed to stick his foot in his mouth. A woman who must have been at least in her late 60s was making fudge in the candy kitchen. Jim complimented her on the many varieties and asked how long she had been making fudge.
