I apologize for not sending out updates. Dave & I have been so busy that by the end of the day I just want to sit in a chair and read or watch TV. I am going to make a better effort to send out some news of our trip almost every day. So stay tuned. Good Friday and what we call Better Monday were paid holidays for us. Tracy's best friend, Kristi, came in town from South Carolina. So, I left the girls at the house, hooked up the popup and went camping. I headed out to Chewalla Lake Recreational Area in the Holly Springs National Forest. Chewalla Lake's name is from the Choctaw word “Chiho-la,” meaning Supreme Being. This was a special place for Native Americans, who once built a ceremonial mound where the lake now stands.
