Aug 22, 2010 - Memphis Vet

Since we neglected to have the cats seen by there vet in Salt Lake in June, we made a run into Memphis and had Morbo and Cuddles checked out at Petsmart. I still can't figure out how we missed doing there appointments in Salt Lake, we were only there a month! Since these 2 are on meds, they must be seen, but what a waste of time. They will not do Cuddles Prednisone without a battery of blood tests and he sees no reason why she is even on it. Then the special food that Morbo is on should only be short term ...according to him. Aug 20, 2010 - Beale St

Decided to make our way to Memphis and check out some of the sites, but I had to get lost first. Getting to be a norm. I must get my GPS fixed! We finally found Beale St by way of Arkansas! We kept driving what seemed like forever and I finally came to a sign that told me to take a left, which I did. I drove and drove. Still no lake. I know it is out...

Aug 18, 2010 - Arkabutla Lake

We were up and gone by 7 AM. It was a nice drive and I am so glad we chose to jump ship, so to speak. This is a COE park and it is a gem. I had read the reviews on rvparkreviews.com and was hoping that it was as nice as they said. It is and more. This is a beautiful park and we are right on the lake. I would give it a 10 only it does not have sewer hookups. Our first night gave us a breath taking sunset over the lake. So far, I like Mississippi. Until next time.......
