Oct 24, 2010 - Heading south 2010-2011

Well, the time has come again for us to head for warmer climates. We will be leaving on Sue's birthday (Oct. 25th). We had a WONDERFUL weekend, and got to see most of the kids, and grandkids. We were talking on the way home, that we have the greatest family. Then, we were thinking MAYBE we were biased. But, as we talked more we realized, we DO have the greatest family. We are just so proud of each and everyone of them Know we love you, and will see you in the spring. We will be in Elephant Butte, N.M. for Nov. and Dec. We don't have any...

Oct 9, 2009 - Preparing to head south

As the cold weather approaches, we prepare to head south. For those of you who don't know, we are going to the Gulf of Mexico. It is a small town called Surfside, Texas. It will be totally different than Az. and New Mexico, but we want to see the country. It is right on the water, so hopefully the hurricanes will be done by the time we get there. Hope to do some deep sea fishing and who knows, maybe some surfing. We are leaving on the 18th of Oct. The summer went soooo fast, but it was generally good.
