We experienced cold weather this morning. The high was going to be 37 degrees! After the hot/cold breakfast buffet, we drove over to Dearborn to The Henry Ford. We bought the combo ticket for the Ford Rouge factory tour and the Henry Ford Museum of American Innovation. It was too cold to be walking outside in Greenfield Village. We took the bus over to the Ford Rouge (named for the nearby river) Plant. As we entered the building about 11:00, we were told to go to upstairs to the Assembly Plant because the workers would be going for lunch...

Nov 9, 2018 - Ann Arbor & Detroit

I awoke to a snow covered car this morning, but the roads and parking lot were wet, but clear. We had the breakfast buffet again, and then checked out of the motel about 9:30. After I got the car cleaned off (hopefully we won't have any snow in NJ until January), we headed down to Ann Arbor in the snow to the Gerald R. Ford Presidential Library.
