The drive from Mt Eaton to Charlotte was easy and the weather was good. No Rain, Winds or Traffic. Could not have been better. Every year we need to have our RV Serviced. This year a lot needed to be done. Engine Oil and Filter Changes. Flush out the Radiator and replace with Extended Life Coolant, Fuel Filters, Air Filters, Hydraulic Filters, Air Dryer Filters as well as lubricating all the chassis components. October 1 2009 Charlotte Michigan The Spartan motors factory, that manufacturers our motor home chassis, is located in Charlotte Michigan. We have our chassis serviced at the factory every year and this was the reason for this trip. Spartan Motors, Inc. is a leader in the design, engineering and manufacturing of custom chassis and vehicles for the emergency-rescue, recreational vehicle and specialty vehicle markets. Traveling States surrounding Ohio

We arrived at Charlotte MI and our long awaited appointment at the Spartan Chassis factory. Since we have traveled over 15000 miles, we wanted Spartan to check all of the nuts and bolts, change all the fluids and filters and align the chassis wheels so that we would be ready for the next trip. During the inspection they found several items that needed replaced, but they were all under warranty. That was good news for us. Hello Road Adventure to Alaska

We are currently in Charlotte, Michigan along with several hundred other Motor Home owners, at the Spartan Homecoming rally. The one thing all of the coaches attending have in common is the chassis they are built on, was made by Spartan Chassis Inc. Spartan puts on a great event full of seminars, entertainment, great food, they service all the coaches requiring service.
