We moved a little further Northeast to set up a new base to explore from. It was cool this morning and just as we set up camp in Baraga State Park it started raining. There was a steady drizzle for a couple hours. We are very impressed with the Michigan State Parks. Very well run and clean with big spaces. The fee is $18.00 a night. The only thing we did today was laundry and a little housecleaning. Those chores still have to be done even when your on vacation. Tomorrow we plan to set out to explore the Keweenaw County area.

The property is "perfect" for an RV in that it has a very nice garage with full bath and a washer and dryer, along with a full hook-up and a 50 foot concrete pad on...

Our beginning mileage was 42493 and our ending was 42600, for a total of 107 miles. The RV ran good and the tires are OK. We hope to be near Escanaba tomorrow. Maybe another state park. They are nice.
