On our last full day in Massachusetts, we took a last tour of the New England Seaport town of Newburyport, which has always been one of our favorite local places. Over the years, we watched this small city transform from a run-down, tired seaport with neighborhoods that had become decrepit into the beautiful city it is today. There are numerous beautiful old homes surrounding the downtown. It's quite a tourist spot now. The day was cloudy and dim; the pictures seem lifeless. But, the views are classic and refreshing.
