We took the Ferry to Delaware, traveling the 17 miles across the Delaware Bay in about 70 minutes. It was a fun experience, although Joyce felt a little funny, probably a bit seasick. We took the Route 1 coastal highway in Delaware to Maryland. We were disappointed at the lack of beach views and access points - nothing like Route 1 along the Pacific Ocean coast in California. We're staying at a new RV park in Newark - Island Resort - SSSS. It has nice lake views, but because of the mosquitos, we gave it only 4 stars. We're still waiting for...
