Jan 22, 2015 - Abingdon, MD (first night)

We arrived here and set up in the dark. Temperature is about 30 degrees and we are right on the shore, just 100 feet from a dock. Weather was fine for travel, cold but clear, and traffic was OK. We will depart as early as we can tomorrow, so there will be no enjoying the sunrise.

Still, can't beat the location Went to dinner in Havre de Grace at the Tidewater Grill with Connie's college roommate, Gail Fricke. Unknown to any of us, the first Friday of the month is a car show, swap meet, good reason to get drunk, etc. shindig and we had to park blocks away. If it had been a bit warmer we could have eaten on the...

We are just about to leave for Maryland again and our final stay in an RV Park. It is a sad day and both Steve and I are a little down. We can't believe it has been over 14 months. We worked out last night that we have had about 36 years worth of holidays for most people based on the average 2 weeks a year!! So...we can't complain. Not that we are complaining it is just going to be so hard leaving this lifestyle to go back to work. Hey ho! Next adventure to start planning for now. We are staying at a nice hotel near the airport and I have...
