Aug 10, 2012 - Loaded up and headed out...
Loaded up the Skamper and headed to Rumford Maine for a four day test run. the camper worked out great and despite a little bit of rain, we all had a great time camping and relaxing. I'm hoping to get in a trip to Dolly Copp (one of my many favorite camping spots) just north of Mt. Washington. Also looking forward to getting over to Twin Mountain to do some panning for gold before the white stuff arrives. Hope to see some members of GS in our travels. Happy trails and good fortune to all. Intending to spend the month of September in Maine, we headed for just a place to roost to ride out the holiday weekend. Then we'll decide how we want to explore the state. The last two days had beautiful weather after a...Jump to full entry
