Sep 19, 2012 - How Time Flies When You Aren't Watching the Calendar!!
Saturday 9/15 - Wednesday 9/19: For the past 4-5 days we have just been "hanging out" in the "Lakes Region" of Maine. Again, we are WOWED by the scenery and the weather has been beautiful ... but beginning to get a bit chilly (low 70s by day/ mid 40s by night). Aug 9, 2007 - Naples, ME & Casco, ME
Another 2 hr drive took us a little north of the Sebago Lake area to Naples.... Naples, ME. We found one campground that had an opening for our size RV there. After setting up we went to Casco to see Ellen & Jim Macklin, our friends from St Mary's, MD also. (They lived in Esperanza where we lived before we went to Italy.) We got to visit with both of them for a little while. They have Lake Pleasant House B&B & of course the summer season is busy for them. Fortunately, since this is a Thur. they could spend some time with us, although Jim...
