The travelers rolled into Lee just before 6 last night. Josh and Kathy were waiting at Gram's house and the kids were out of the car before Papa even parked. Kevin was bouncing and Amelia started telling stories before Papa even got in the house. Amelia wrote some journal pages for homework. If she brings them home I will add them to the corresponding days of the trip!

May 15, 2008 - Departure from Lee, Maine
The family left this morning headed north to Alaska. First stop, Lincoln, Maine, for coffee. I talked to the them at 9:30 and they had just made their 2nd coffee stop in Farmington and were on the road again. Papa was still trying to figure out the buttons on my car and Amelia was about to get the book out and start reading on something.
